My client is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Carpenter multi to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in carpentry, particularly in tenanted properties, and will be adept at handling a variety of tasks. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform carpentry work in void properties, including repairs, installations, and maintenance.
- Carry out tasks such as carpentry, hanging doors, plumbing, tiling, and plastering.
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
