Role description:

As a ServiceNow Architect specialising in HRSD, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance employee experiences and streamline HR processes.

Essential Skills and experience

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and HRSD module
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes
• Proven experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Excellent analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
