Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor Oxfordshire An exciting opportunity has exploded working for a Tier 1 contractor in Oxfordshire as a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor. As the Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor you will get the opportunity to work on major/strategic projects in excess of £150m. This contractor has a successful track record for delivering on developing staff, repeat business and successful projects for over 50 years through empowering their employees to strive for excellence. Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:. Ensure compliance with the project's procurement strategy subcontract inquiries and tender reviews. Manage valuations, project cash-flows, and turnover forecasts, including monthly cost reports and progress records. Drive commercial initiatives, producing margin improvement plans and supporting team members in maximizing opportunities.
