An Investors in People Platinum, award winning Kent main contractor is looking to expand its team by recruiting a career minded Design Coordinator / Design Manager who is looking to develop their career.
Our new Design Coordinator / Design Manager will get:

Key responsibilities for a Design Coordinator / Design Manager:
- Work with the Preconstruction team on tenders
- Work with the delivery team to identify areas of opportunity and risk
- Coordinate meetings with clients and the supply chain to come up with robust design
- Work with the QS and the site manager to deliver a profitable job on time, on budget and snag free
- Manage the process – Ensure records are maintained

- Worked for a contractor on projects up to £50M
- Worked on new build & refurbishment projects
- 3+ years experience
