An Investors in People Platinum, award winning Kent main contractor is looking to expand its team by recruiting a career minded Design Coordinator / Design Manager who is looking to develop their career.

Our new Design Coordinator / Design Manager will get:

Key responsibilities for a Design Coordinator / Design Manager:

  • Work with the Preconstruction team on tenders
  • Work with the delivery team to identify areas of opportunity and risk
  • Coordinate meetings with clients and the supply chain to come up with robust design
  • Work with the QS and the site manager to deliver a profitable job on time, on budget and snag free
  • Manage the process – Ensure records are maintained

Experience we are looking for from our new Design Coordinator / Design Manager:

  • Worked for a contractor on projects up to Β£50M
  • Worked on new build & refurbishment projects
  • 3+ years experience
  • Passion for construction
  • Willingness to learn and improve
