We are on the lookout for a kitchen leader to join our team at The Hind Head Bray as a Chef de Partie for the Breakfast service from Thursday to Sunday. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. We strongly believe that our people define our business and we pride ourselves on helping individuals strive throughout their career. As a Chef de Partie, your main role will be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day-to-day operation of your section within the kitchen. In particular you will be overseeing the breakfast service at The Hinds Head from 7am until approx. 2pm from Thursday to Sunday.
