Duration: 6 months temporary role

Location: Liverpool / Hybrid 1-2 days per week in the office

Full time: 35 hours per week, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: £14.29 per hour plus £1.72 per hour holiday pay

Charity People are delighted to be working with a leading international membership association. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator - Membership Experience International to support its global engagement and member experience initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of international programmes and partnerships across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia and Australasia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the administration of international programmes and chapter activities, ensuring smooth delivery and excellent member experience.
  • Liaise with international colleagues and partners across multiple regions to maintain oversight of global activities.
  • Manage and update website content and event pages (e.g., Eventbrite) to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Support global events and activities in collaboration with international chapters and academic institutions.
  • Maintain the international activity plan and track project actions and resources.
  • Process event bookings and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Support procurement, travel arrangements, and financial processing in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Monitor and evaluate audience feedback to inform future programme development.
  • Coordinate translation needs and act as the first point of contact for international membership enquiries.
Experience and Skills Required:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in international or multicultural settings.
  • Proven ability to work within structured project frameworks and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of numeracy and experience with financial administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of using content management systems, CRM databases, and digital tools for communications and event management (desirable).
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
