Are you a passionate, skilled pizza chef with a love for Neapolitan and sourdough pizza? We're on the hunt for a Head Pizza Chef to lead our kitchen and help put Cirencester on the map for outstanding, authentic pizza.

We're a buzzing independent pizzeria that's serious about craft. Our menu focuses on traditional Neapolitan-style pizzas with slow-fermented sourdough bases, cooked to perfection in a blazing-hot oven. We champion high-quality ingredients, bold flavours, and simple excellence every pizza, every time.
The Role
As Head Pizza Chef, you'll take charge of our dough and our kitchen. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the pizza section, leading a tight-knit team and keeping standards sky-high. We're looking for someone who brings both creativity and precision, and who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. We are looking to grow so the sky is the limit!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen and pizza service operations
- Cook and develop pizzas in Neapolitan style, using a stone or wood-fired oven
- Train and inspire junior chefs
- Control food quality, stock, and kitchen hygiene
What You Bring
- Proven experience with Neapolitan and/or sourdough pizza
- Expertise in dough handling, fermentation, shaping, and high-temperature cooking
- A strong sense of pride in your craft
- Great leadership, organisation, and communication
