This role sits within our Education division - catering for students. Dedicated to providing high-quality, nutritious, fresh, and sustainable food for our younger generation, we're 100% committed to supporting a healthy diet.
What you'll be doing...
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team covering 13 sites across Nuneaton, Kettering, and Cambridge. If you have experience in managing clients and inspiring diverse internal teams, including General Managers, this is the role for you!
- Lead and Inspire: Coach site managers and service champions within your area, fostering a culture of excellence and motivation.
- Drive Financial Growth: Utilise innovative strategies for cost control and menu planning within specified budgets to create a platform for financial success.
- Oversee Excellence: Ensure outstanding site management and operational standards across all locations.
- Recruit and Develop Talent: Attract and nurture top-tier site managers, building a high-calibre team that excels.
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong internal and external relationships through regular client liaison.
What can you bring?
- Proven experience in contract catering in a field-based role.
- A background in Education operations is preferred but not essential.
