As a full-service Managed Service Provider (MSP), we offer services from responsive helpdesk support to strategic IT consultancy. Our primary focus on cybersecurity and compliance ensures that clients meet standards like ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials. We work with startups, SMEs, and larger enterprises across London and beyond, offering tailored IT solutions that reduce risk, support compliance, and build trust with customers and partners.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Assistant located in Kentish Town, London. The Business Development Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Helping to prepare proposals
  • Assisting in the development of business strategies
  • Providing customer service support
  • Handling administrative tasks

The role involves regular communication with clients and internal teams to support business growth and development. In addition, Correct Group and its sister company Voicelinx provide AI consultancy, and a strong interest in AI or relevant experience would be advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a business development role is advantageous.
