Working within the wider programme team, you'll take ownership for the comms and engagement for new tools, products and technology aimed to improve ways of working. Your background in change and projects will bring examples of creating and delivering innovative communications to launch and adopt new products across the firm. You'll identify the most effective channels, write effective comms and increase uptake on new technologies, focusing on highlighting the benefits.
From a change perspective, you'll work confidently to lead the global network of change agents in embedding new tools and products. You'll bring knowledge of analysing the impact of change, segmenting the audience to deliver the most impact and will have the opportunity to build on your change experience alongside experienced industry specialists.
Working with a collaborative and engaging team, you'll have the chance to bring ideas and experience whilst also developing your own skills within change. A brilliant role for someone looking for the next step.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate experience in delivering excellent communication around the implementation of new technology, products and tools.
