I’ve partnered with a leading IT services business, based in Birmingham, to find a Sales Analyst to join their marketing function! This is a highly analytical and commercially focused role, ideal for someone with a sharp eye for trends and a passion for turning data into actionable sales insights.
- Has experience in market intelligence, sales enablement, or strategy (experience within the tech sector is a must)
- Understands B2B sales cycles and enterprise IT landscapes
- Is confident in analysing data and presenting insights in a clear, compelling way
- Background in market intelligence, sales enablement, business analysis, or strategy within the IT or tech sector
- Strong grasp of B2B tech sales cycles, industry dynamics, and enterprise IT environments
- Experience using market/sales intelligence tools (e.g. ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, IDC, Gartner)
- Ability to turn complex data into actionable, persuasive sales insights
- Strong written and verbal communication – comfortable adapting content for technical and commercial stakeholders
- Organised, collaborative, self-starter with good project management skills
- Extract industry insights and buying triggers (e.g. regulatory changes, M&A, IT trends)
- Target account plans
- Sales playbooks
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and BD to align messaging
- Provide real-time intelligence to support sales activity
- Shape data-driven decision-making strategies across teams
