Air Conditioning Engineer / Chiller Engineer
Our client specializes in the service & maintenance of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & chiller units throughout the U.K, with multiple offices across the country. They are seeking an experienced air conditioning / chiller engineer to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Service & maintain various air conditioning systems such as VRV, VRF, and splits.
- Carry out servicing works on Water Chillers and air-cooled chillers.
- Work at diverse sites including data centres, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions.
Requirements
- Hold F-Gas Cat 1 certification.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in air conditioning and refrigeration.
- Electrical qualifications are highly advantageous.
- Experience servicing air conditioning systems and AHUs.
- Experience with Water Chiller units is highly desirable.
- Based within a commutable distance to Reading.
- Full driving license.
Benefits
- Basic salary between £35,000 and £52,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Company vehicle provided, with optional personal use.
- 25 days\’ holiday plus Bank Holidays.
- 40-hour workweek, with paid travel after 30 minutes each way.
- Overtime paid at additional rates (1.5x and 2x).
- On-call rota, 1 in 10 weeks.
