The predicted salary is between 44000 - 66000 £ per year.

3-month contract - hybrid following training - up to £55k FTE. I have just been briefed on an interim Management Accountant role by a long-standing client of mine. This organisation requires somebody available immediately who can come in and assist with a busy period. There is a strong likelihood of extension for the right candidate. My client is an exceptionally highly-regarded professional services firm based in offices on the outskirts of Chester. You will be joining an award-winning, dynamic finance team and will be taking on a fast-paced role that is integral to the company.

Key Duties:

  • Preparation of monthly management packs to report to senior leadership team
  • Develop and manage budgets, and prepare financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Assisting with the gathering of financial information ready for audit
  • Overseeing other aspects of financial operations such as bookkeeping and payroll
  • Evaluating and monitoring financial information systems and recommending improvements where needed
  • Preparing income statements, balance sheets and other financial documents

About You:

  • Fully qualified Accountant
  • Available to start within two weeks
  • Advanced level on Excel - V Look-ups, Pivot Tables etc.
  • High attention for detail and excellent accuracy
  • The ability to pick things up quickly and hit the ground running
