Working within the firms National Innovation & Technology team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions to meet our clients’ business needs in Client Relation Management. The role will initially focus on being part of a firm wide national project to implement a new CRM and Client acceptance system. You will be working with the project team and a Microsoft consultancy using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to help develop and deliver the system. On conclusion of the project, you will continue to work closely with stakeholders and the suppliers to understand further requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions to continually develop and support the system for the firm’s ongoing needs via Dynamics 365 & the Power Platform as part of the firm’s technology development function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive Dynamics 365 solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 & Power Platform applications to meet specific business needs.
- Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems and applications including the firm's key business systems as required.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- System Administration: Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 environment, including user access, security roles, and system configurations.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of solutions, configurations, and processes.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements, emerging features, updates and implement best practices to optimize performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficiency in Dynamics 365, with excellent understanding of the Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, Dev Ops and related technologies including model driven apps and Power Pages.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert is preferred.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
