We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to perform a variety of tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting technical drawings and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality parts with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and operate CNC machines to carry out tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and engineering specifications to understand the required tasks and outcomes.
  • Translate work instructions and technical drawings into precise computer commands for the CNC machines.
  • Load raw materials and parts onto the machines, ensuring proper alignment and secure setup.
  • Perform test runs and inspect output to verify that machines are functioning properly and producing parts to specification.
  • Set up machines to run full production cycles to fabricate large quantities of components efficiently.
  • Monitor machines during operation, making real-time adjustments to improve quality or performance as necessary.
  • Inspect finished products using measurement tools to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and industry best practices.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machinery and mechanical drawings.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and G-code is a plus.
  • Good attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC operation is preferred.
