Associate Architect Manchester £50K-£65K + Bonus Konker is recruiting for an Associate Architect to join a RIBA practice going through rapid growth in their Manchester office based in the city’s heart. This RIBA practice of over 90 staff, is looking to further grow its industrial and retail operations and is seeking an Associate Architect to support them in their Manchester office. This role will be focused on high-value, low-risk, industrial projects. At present, the Manchester office has roughly 13 employees but due to further client demand and to support the operations of its two other offices, they are seeking new staff to join them. This Associates Architect position will see you running and managing projects while overseeing a team in the office. Over the last 30 years, this RIBA practice has worked on many award-winning projects, locally and nationally. With their core principles revolving around sustainable design and work enjoyment, this diverse practice is looking for an Architect who loves their work and will bring plenty of enthusiasm along with them. Most of their projects are designed using Revit so experience with this package is essential.
