Location: HYBRID WORKING - Office based from Perceval House, Ealing 2-3 days a week
Description
Purpose of role: To ensure consistency and accuracy between IT systems used to manage Temporary Accommodation placements in housing (Jigsaw & OHMs). To identify, resolve and/or escalate (where appropriate) any errors or inconsistencies in the data. To provide additional administrative support to the housing demand service, to ensure deadlines and shared objectives are met. Essential to this role is having excellent organisational skills demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales.
Key accountabilities:
- Weekly data inputting: Manually input data (from a weekly report from OHMS system) into Jigsaw system, to ensure both systems align/have matching information.
- Provide updates: Provide regular updates to line manager/stakeholders, to indicate progress with inputting report data and ensure each report is signed off as 'complete' each week.
- Recording errors/issues: Keep a log of any issues/errors and escalate to the relevant colleagues (where appropriate) for investigation.
- Data matching/cleansing: Identify and cleanse data discrepancies and perform data matching activities, to ensure data integrity/accuracy across systems, in line with MDM approach.
- Document management: Ensure reports and relevant documentation are organised and stored within SharePoint, for consistency and to ensure there is an audit trail.
Essential Experience:
- Relevant knowledge and/or experience with data and administrative activities.
- Proficient knowledge of MS tools: including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience/background in Housing Services - particularly Housing Demand.
- Knowledge and experience with using OHMS and/or Jigsaw case management systems.
