Initial 4-month FTC, £60k-70k ASAP start. Altum Consulting are recruiting for a Finance Manager (Capex) to join a large Technology business based in central London. This role is for an initial 4-month period with the potential to be extended/be made permanent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing capex projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Role:- Ensure high profile Capex projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain cost performance metrics/dashboards to monitor cash performance.
- Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to support Capex planning and decision-making.
- Identify potential risks associated with Capex projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to present findings to senior management on progress of capex projects.
- A Qualified Accountant with capex experience (essential).
- Strong data analysis/financial modelling skills.
- Comfortable presenting and communicating to senior leaders on a regular basis.
- Immediately available/short notice period.
