A leading client of ours in Barrow in Furness is looking for a Wellbeing Physiologist, to work on a full-time, permanent basis within their friendly and supportive team.
Role:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes
- Provide hands-on therapy, such as soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation
- Educate clients on injury prevention strategies, biomechanics, and exercise techniques
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
- Facilitate group-based functional rehabilitation programmes
Essential:
- A recognised degree or equivalent qualification in Sports Rehabilitation, Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in assessing, treating, and rehabilitating musculoskeletal injuries.
- Full membership of a relevant professional body such as BASRaT or SST.
