We have a number of vacancies to join Hays as an SEN Teaching assistant for roles within Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme areas and what’s even better, you don’t need to have experience as a Teaching Assistant to apply! What is SEN Direct? We are looking for people who have a passion for supporting children and young people and want to work within schools but don’t necessarily have the right experience for the role. Whether you have transferable skills from working in care settings or if you have been away from the sector for a number of years, with SEN Direct, we will be able to support you into your dream role in Education. The Role * Supporting pupils in SEN schools with a wide range of needs including, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, challenging behaviours etc. * We will partner you with a school to work a long-term placement to develop your skills as a Teaching assistant with dedicated support and training to help you succeed.
