Salter Grange is looking for an experienced MEP (Building Services) Manager for a government funded framework contract (Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) which consists of under £5m projects across the Weybridge area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of all mechanical and electrical services throughout the project lifecycle from design through commissioning and handover.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the M&E design process and interfacing with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Developing and overseeing detailed commissioning programmes
- Coordinating utilities installation and liaising with statutory authorities
- Ensuring high standards of quality, health & safety, and programme compliance
- Monitoring technical submissions and identifying design or coordination issues early
- Supporting project delivery teams and contributing to project planning and execution
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in MEP services with relevant qualifications / education
- Experience in leading the M&E delivery within government / life sciences sectors
- Solid understanding of MEP integration with construction programmes
- Ability to assess technical drawings and coordinate design changes
- Knowledge of commissioning processes and utility coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full UK driving license preferred
