Are you a conveyancing solicitor interested in taking the next step in your career? Conekt Legal is currently partnering with a fast-growing NI Law firm to recruit a conveyancing solicitor into their well-established conveyancing practice. This is a newly created role due to the success and growth of the business. This role can offer the conveyancing solicitor the opportunity to work on a busy workload in a firm where there is a clear career path. This role would suit a conveyancing solicitor ideally with 2 + years PQE; however, we are interested in speaking to strong candidates with a slightly lower PQE level. The role is based in their Belfast office but with hybrid working.

The Role
You will manage a broad base of residential conveyancing transactions to ensure exceptional client service.
The Candidate
You will ideally meet the following criteria:
- Qualified Solicitor (NI/England & Wales)
- 2 + years PQE gained with solid residential conveyancing experience - strong candidates with a lower PQE will also be considered
- Demonstrable experience of dealing with a busy workload often with conflicting deadlines
- Very strong communication skills and able to develop strong client relationships
- Focused on delivery of exceptional legal services
- Highly organised with excellent levels of attention to detail
