Something we couldn't do without our dynamic, inspiring, diverse, and dedicated team. Our in-house Creative team is central to how we show up across every touchpoint. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, ideas-driven environment working across a variety of creative outputs — from product launches and campaign rollouts to packaging and social.
You’ll collaborate closely with other designers, art direction, digital, and NPD teams to bring the brand to life across static, animated, and printed formats. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong digital design experience, a sharp eye for detail, and an interest in packaging or print, who’s ready to step up and own projects with confidence.
Responsibilities- Create and roll out digital and print assets across site, app, email, paid media, and organic social, ensuring they meet both creative and commercial goals.
- Alongside our Senior Designer, design and develop packaging for BEAUTY BAY’s own-brand products, from concept through to artwork-ready files.
- Work with the Design Manager and Senior Designer to bring campaign concepts to life through moodboards, layouts, animation and motion graphics.
- Support the evolution of the brand including seasonal style guides, ensuring consistency across touchpoints and channels.
- Confidently present your ideas, take on feedback and adapt your work to meet briefs and timelines.
- Collaborate across departments (e.g. NPD, digital, brand, social) to ensure every asset is on-brand and optimised.
- You will have a strong portfolio with a mix of campaign creative, digital design, and ideally some packaging or print.
- Proven experience in a similar role in-house or agency, preferably in retail, beauty, or fashion.
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Knowledge of Figma/Sketch is a bonus.
- A sharp eye for layout, typography, colour and composition with a real feel for what’s on trend.
- Able to manage multiple projects, switch priorities, and deliver to tight deadlines without losing attention to detail.
- Proactive and confident in sharing ideas, comfortable working independently but collaborative at heart.
We like a relaxed working environment and there’s always a buzz about our offices, breakfast is on us, we work from home on Fridays and finish earlier that day! Our dress code is casual too. We offer a generous staff discount scheme, regular team socials and more. There’s nothing that excites us more than hiring great talent, fuelling it, then letting it fly. We’d love to hear from you today, so get in touch with our Talent team @ talent@beautybay.com.
