Our client is deeply admired in the London construction market, is busier than ever, has a great reputation as an employer, and is in a position to offer you a senior role initially delivering a flagship scheme in W1.

This is a senior appointment; you will have full responsibility of the scheme from start to finish and report directly into the board. The scheme is cut & carve with CAT B finishes, lots of green engineering and valued at £65m. Very prestigious client and location.
They are looking for an ambitious PD who has the attitude and capability to progress into a senior business leadership role. There will be competition for the openings coming up but if you are a talented manager then this is an awesome opportunity to progress initially into a division lead and potentially to the very top.
