Business Development Director Europe- Eurofins Central Laboratory

Job Description Due to its exceptional growth, Eurofins Central Laboratory is looking to hire a dynamic individual to join their sales team in Europe. The Business Development Director will be responsible for: Ensuring new bookings targets are met for the assigned territories and services. Calling upon industry experience and abilities to initiate and develop productive relationships at all levels of complex, biopharmaceutical, and CRO organizations. Generating new opportunities and securing new bookings (contracts) for Eurofins Central Labs, including clinical biomarkers and anti-infective services. Acting as an advocate for prospects and active accounts to all key stakeholders within Eurofins. Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Development, Eurofins Central Laboratory, working closely with Scientific Affairs and Proposals/Contracts teams, and collaborating with Operational Teams. This is a remote position that can be based in any European country. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical or central laboratory, clinical trials (CRO, trial supplies/logistics, e-Clinical), or relevant B2B project service industry. Proven success in securing new service contracts, demonstrating growth over your career. Excellent at establishing and maintaining internal and external relationships, with a wide network of contacts. Ability to set goals, plan, and influence others to achieve objectives within a timeframe of months to a year. Motivated with a hunter mentality and a drive to learn. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer focus and a positive, proactive attitude. Fluent in English, spoken and written.
