Wave are excited to be working with a marketing leading immersive retail experience brand. They have successfully built a strong brand with multiple sites across the UK and US. The business is now looking to bring in a multitude of Digital hires to help support their digital optimisation.
Over the years they have been utilising a mixture of tools, platforms and systems; however, this has become unmanageable and now needs an Enterprise Architect to assess the technical infrastructure and identify how to optimise, streamline and get the most of their existing stack.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and evolution of enterprise architecture across brands, focusing on scalable, data-driven hospitality systems.
- Bridge technology and guest experience through strategic use of systems like POS, CRM, booking, marketing, loyalty, and engagement platforms.
- Own and drive the long-term enterprise architecture vision to support operational efficiency and business growth.
Experience required:
- Skilled in at least two areas of Enterprise Architecture, like Business, Data, Application, or Technology.
- Demonstrable experience with Dynamics suite including Power Apps tool.
- Strong communication skills working with senior stakeholders.
Desirable: experience working within hospitality with POS systems.
