Our clients range from global banks, insurers and brokers to leading regulators and investment managers. While most delivery is virtual, some UK and international travel may be required.

For over 30 years, we’ve delivered bespoke learning journeys that combine technical depth with practical application, covering credit, risk, corporate finance, and business development. We serve a wide range of sectors including banking, insurance, investment management, and public sector institutions.

Our insurance-focused training includes:

We use case studies, structured frameworks, and expert facilitation to deliver high-value experiences tailored to each client’s business model, risk appetite, and strategic focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver client-specific training courses for finance and risk professionals, focusing on topics such as financial analysis, capital adequacy, risk strategy, regulation, and business opportunities.
  • Work with our expert team to design, develop and update insurance case studies, exercises and other training materials.
  • Facilitate remote and occasional in-person sessions that are practical, interactive, and aligned to client needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a highly experienced network of fellow trainers and supported by Adeva’s core team.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of senior-level experience in a risk or coverage role in a bank, as a supervisor, rating analyst or in a finance, risk or actuarial role in the insurance sector.
  • Experience with insurance business models (life, general, reinsurance), Solvency II, US statutory, or other regulatory frameworks.
  • Capital or investment strategy within insurance.
  • A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to support professional development.
  • Experience in the analysis of other sectors, e.g. banks, asset managers, other NBFI or corporates, would be a plus.

We believe we’re the gold standard in financial sector training, and we’re proud of the trust our clients place in us, the quality of our team, and the impact of our work. This is a flexible, part-time role designed to fit around your professional and personal commitments.
