This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a background in private equity real estate, strategy, or portfolio management to contribute to some of the most sophisticated and high-profile institutional accounts in Europe.
About the Role: As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with senior leadership to help shape strategic investment decisions for major separate accounts, including two significant mandates from prominent German institutional investors. This role plays a critical part in guiding capital deployment strategies, analysing portfolio-level opportunities, and delivering investor-focused insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategic separate accounts, including governance coordination and annual investor meetings.
- Provide input into asset management decisions with a focus on fiduciary responsibility and investor advocacy.
- Assist in the development and review of annual asset plans.
- Deliver detailed investment and portfolio analyses that inform strategic decisions.
- Manage key reporting and presentation deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Investment Management, Finance, Strategy, and regional offices.
- Help integrate investor considerations into key asset-level decisions (e.g., leasing, dispositions).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in private equity real estate, strategy, or consulting.
- Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related analytical discipline (MBA/CFA a plus).
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable presenting complex data clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
