Based in Harpenden, this hybrid role offers a salary of up to £55,000 basic plus excellent benefits. Our client has created an exciting marketing opportunity for an ambitious Senior Marketing Executive who wants to progress into marketing management. Alternatively, this may be suitable for an existing Marketing Manager, possibly tired of commuting into London and preferring a role closer to home.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Own and execute the marketing plan, aligned to commercial goals. Develop and deliver targeted campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels.
- Events & Conferences: Own the planning and execution at key industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Coordinate end-to-end logistics including stand design, collateral, signage, and giveaways. Work with Sales and Customer Success to identify high-impact events that align with ICPs and target verticals. Develop pre- and post-event campaigns to drive attendance, generate leads, and nurture prospects. Represent the brand in-person where needed and brief spokespeople to ensure consistent, compelling messaging.
- Content & Brand Marketing: Own content creation across thought leadership, customer stories, blogs, and guides. Manage and evolve our messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity in line with our brand. Run webinars, roundtables, and partner events to build authority in employee engagement.
- Website & Digital Presence: Manage the website, ensuring it's optimised for traffic, SEO, and conversion. Use data and analytics to test, refine, and improve site performance.
- Sales Enablement & Product Marketing: Create and maintain sales decks, case studies, one-pagers, and battlecards. Help define and position new product features in collaboration with the Product team. Support launches and releases with go-to-market content and campaigns.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Support: Create and manage lead gen campaigns across LinkedIn, search, events, and partnerships. Collaborate with Sales to improve top-of-funnel performance and handover.
Skills/Experience Required:
- 3+ years Marketing experience.
- Proven experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Wordpress).
- Experience managing or briefing designers, freelancers, or agencies.
- University graduate (2:2 or above).
