The Head of Account Management – Luxury markets will collaborate with our Italian, French, Swiss, and Spanish international Sales teams to ensure flawless planning and management of multi-market campaigns distributed on our Global titles, meeting and exceeding advertiser goals and revenue targets. The role involves working closely with the team Director to set vision and strategy for the account management team handling four key luxury markets, establishing and refining processes as needed. The role manages three account managers/directors responsible for digital campaign strategy, media planning, booking, pipeline management, and maintaining oversight of campaigns across regions, ensuring client success. Building strong relationships with senior global sales stakeholders and supporting the Director in managing relationships within the global Hearst ecosystem are also key responsibilities.
About the Role- Lead and manage the Account Management team responsible for media strategy and planning across IT, ES, FR, CH markets within Global Client Success.
- Support the team Director and other leads to uphold high team standards.
- Collaborate with international sales teams to optimize processes, meet revenue targets, and troubleshoot campaign issues.
- Provide operational support such as media planning, client liaison, and campaign reporting, especially for high-revenue accounts.
- Ensure the team provides accurate, timely, and well-considered responses to clients and sellers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with agencies, clients, sales, and global contacts through regular communication.
- Identify opportunities to add value for sales patches, driving incremental revenue through global client success initiatives.
- Manage pipeline and pacing to budget across markets.
- Stay informed about campaign initiatives in local markets and their alignment with global investments.
- Run business review meetings with senior stakeholders to review activity and identify upselling opportunities.
- Italian language skills preferred.
- Experience in media, publishing, or tech-related businesses at mid to senior levels.
