Opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a leading UK membership organisation for healthcare providers on a permanent basis as part of their Professional Discipline team.

You will be responsible for providing advice and representation to members, in respect of regulatory issues and proceedings as well as managing a substantial and varied caseload of professional discipline and regulation matters. You will draft relevant legal documents and provide accurate legal advice, advocating on behalf of members at meetings and hearings if required. Finally, you will help monitor and respond to legal queries as well as contribute to team meetings.

To be considered, you should be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive and have experience of working in regulation, in particular healthcare regulation. On offer is a salary between £45,000-£55,000 dependent on experience. You will be expected to attend the office two days a week (London).
