Working model: Hybrid, 2 days from the office and 3 days from home (with occasional site visits/audits)
About the role: As an Onboarding Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of, and be ultimately responsible for, the onboarding of all new car parks onto the company's ecosystem. You will coordinate and execute the onboarding processes, covering hardware and software, ensuring each site is operational, functional, and meets the company’s high-quality standards. This is a critical role in enabling continued growth and ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
What you’ll do:
- Project Management: Lead the onboarding process for new sites, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with Sales, Account Management, and external contractors to gather necessary information and align on onboarding requirements.
- Scheme Design: Review and approve scheme designs, including tariffs, signage plans, and enforcement rules, ensuring operational feasibility.
- Contractor Management: Procure equipment, obtain quotes from contractors, assign tasks, and oversee signage and equipment installation.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct site audits to ensure functionality, including signage, payment channels, and system configurations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records for onboarding audits, including contracts, site maps, and system configurations.
- Client Handover: Ensure all client-specific requirements (e.g., whitelists, permits) are implemented and signed off before site launch.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the onboarding process for efficiency and effectiveness.
