We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our client based in Crawley. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to deal with customer enquiries, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience. Duties: Dealing with inbound calls from clients Receiving 10-30 orders a day via inbound calls Dealing with various customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Qualifications: Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
