My client is one of Europe's fastest growing D2C food brands. Launched in 2017 by two brothers with just £10 worth of ingredients while at University, they have had an amazing journey so far, growing over 10x in the past year and delivering over 150,000 meals per week. Their mission is to make healthy eating effortless, helping people fuel their best lives without the hassle. They have received several accolades including Times Young Founder of the Year and Forbes 30 under 30, and have built a brand strong enough to attract some of the UK’s biggest YouTubers, England footballers, and top artists - all organically. They are ready to turn that cultural heat into a scaled growth engine.

This role will offer a great deal of creative freedom and some big name collaborations as well as a chance to help shape one of the UK’s most exciting brands. If you love working in a fast-moving environment with rapid growth opportunities, then this might be for you.

You’ll build the influencer and partnerships function from the ground up - defining strategy, building systems, and executing ruthlessly. From discovery and outreach to negotiation, briefing, production, and reporting - you’ll own it end-to-end. Your mission: drive new customer acquisition, unlock new demographics, and amplify their brand with authentic voices that drive impact.

You’ll also spend up to 20% of your time exploring scalable brand partnerships - from rewards and cashback platforms to lifestyle app integrations and co-branded collaborations that help them reach new, high-value audiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and manage a high-performing influencer program across macro, mid & micro tiers
  • Own the process: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, creative feedback & delivery
  • Turn creators into brand advocates and performance engines
  • Coordinate shoot production, manage timelines, and ensure on-time content delivery
  • Work with paid media to turn influencer content into high-performing ads
  • Track performance by campaign, creator, and platform: CPA, ROI, LTV, engagement
  • Test and scale content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and Podcasts
  • Source and pitch customer acquisition partnerships (rewards apps, fitness platforms, etc.)
  • Run pilot programs, measure performance, and scale what works
  • Seek strategic co-branding opportunities that build awareness and credibility

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record in influencer marketing at a fast-scaling DTC or consumer brand or agency that has worked with this type of brand
  • Track record of managing end-to-end influencer campaigns that drove sales, not likes
  • Analytical and performance-minded, you thrive on KPIs
  • Strong aesthetic and brand judgment, you know what “good” looks like
  • Deep cultural awareness - you understand creators, community, and what’s trending
  • Highly organised, entrepreneurial, and action-oriented
