Food and Beverage Operator (No experience required)

Mother is a London-based tech start-up on a mission to reinvent vending and automated retail. Our smart vending machines are designed with cutting-edge tech, sleek user experience, and real-time data tracking — putting us at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing sectors in retail. Since 2014, we’ve built a strong client list including Apple, Amazon, Virgin Active, Visa, ASOS, McLaren and more. We’ve also recently launched global tech projects with brands like PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Vodafone, and Huel. Our Midlands team has been doing a great job getting things going, and now we’re building a permanent local team to take it forward. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Vending Operator to join our Northern operations team. You’ll be based out of our brand-new Rochdale depot, supporting daily stock deliveries and machine refills across the region. This is more than just a driving job — you’ll be the face of Mother on-site, making sure machines are stocked, clean, and running smoothly. You’ll be part of a wider team, with support from the Ops Manager and Drivers Lead, and training provided to get you up to speed. Deliver and refill stock across a set route of smart vending machines • Keep machines clean, presentable, and in working order • Perform basic checks and report any issues (training provided) • Keep accurate records of stock levels and machine performance • Communicate with the wider team on replenishment and tech issues • Ensure your van is loaded properly and kept clean and road-ready • Represent the brand with a positive and professional attitude on-site • Occasionally help with warehouse tasks at the depot (stock checks, loading, etc.) Previous experience in a driving, delivery or field-based role • Full UK driving licence required Company van • Full training provided • Opportunity to grow with the Northern team as we scale
