We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales (Corporate) to lead our corporate sales strategy, drive new business, and embed Healix within the market. This role involves delivering against sales targets and strengthening relationships with intermediaries.

About the role

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute the Corporate sales strategy to generate new business through intermediaries, partners, and direct channels. Meet and surpass annual sales targets set by the Commercial Director to ensure sustainable revenue growth. Mentor, train, and support the sales team to foster development. Achieve set performance objectives. Encourage a collaborative, high-performing sales culture. Provide regular pipeline performance reports to the Commercial Director. Utilize Salesforce effectively for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Intermediary Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key intermediaries, aligning with the intermediary framework strategy. Collaborate to identify new opportunities and deliver tailored client solutions. Participate in intermediary meetings and conduct product training sessions.
  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the Distribution Framework. Respond to RFPs and quotes; lead client presentations. Coordinate with various departments to deliver compelling sales solutions.
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting: Manage and forecast sales pipeline accurately. Provide regular sales activity updates to senior leadership.
