Farm Shop Retail Assistant Wanted Own Transport Essential to get to Rural Location. Pay Rate: £11.44 to £11.50 Per Hour. Core Hours: 10am to 3pm (Must Work Friday and Saturday). Farm Shop is open 7-days per week from 9am to 5:30pm, so additional hours available. Temporary to Permanent Opportunity. If you can’t work the core hours and every Friday and Saturday then we cannot consider you for the position. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Shop Retail Assistant to join our front of house shop team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their queries and questions, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily tasks and sales. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. A background in agriculture or farming is advantageous but not essential. However, food retail sales experience is an essential requirement for this role.
