About Us: We are working with a prestigious residential building committed to delivering a five-star living experience to our residents. The property upholds the highest standards of cleanliness, discretion, and service, inspired by Forbes-rated hospitality environments. We are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join the team.

Position Summary: The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a pristine and orderly environment throughout the property’s public areas and amenities, ensuring that all tasks are carried out in line with luxury service standards. This role demands excellence in attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive approach to service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all common areas (lobbies, hallways, elevators, lounges, spa, cinema room, etc.) to prestige-level cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Provide in-residence housekeeping services as required, including cleaning, laundry, and linen care.
  • Handle requests from residents with professionalism, discretion, and a service-oriented demeanor.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and report inventory needs.
  • Maintain proper usage and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately.
  • Uphold confidentiality and privacy at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience in high-end residential or luxury hotel.
  • Knowledge of luxury cleaning techniques, products, and materials (e.g., care of marble, fine woods, designer furnishings).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow exacting standards.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility with schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Salary: £29,000

Hours: Rota - 4 days on, 2 days off rotating between 2 shifts 7am to 4pm and 2pm to 11pm inclusive of weekends and bank holidays.
