Job Title: Transport Coordinator Nights Location: Longhope, Gloucestershire Pay Rate: £16 – £17 p/h, DOE Contract: Temporary ongoing with permanent opportunities available gap personnel Gloucester are recruiting for a Transport Coordinator, who will be able to assist with day to day duties, for the growing transport and logistics company in Longhope. Ideal candidate would have similar experience, and have very good communication skills – written and spoken. For those that are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the working hours there are permanent opportunities available and you are welcome to apply after completing your 12 week probationary period. Main Duties as a Transport Coordinator: Freight planning, processing special cases. Raise and Issue relevant paperwork to selected 3rd parties transport companies. Instruct 3rd party accordingly to adhere HMRC procedures and policy are followed when acting on EGGER’s behalf. valuations (monthly benchmarks, ad-hoc reports). Out-of-hours support and absence cover. Match suitable part-loads together within defined geographical and time constraints. Advise Customer Service / Sales of delays or difficulties.
