The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced PA to join an International TV and Film company supporting senior Executives! The successful person will be confident working in a fast paced environment with the ability to remain calm while juggling a multitude of tasks.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage the complex, fast paced and ever-changing diaries
  • Extensive international travel management
  • Managing ad hoc projects on behalf of the Executives
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics and budgets for all events for the division
  • Meet and greet internal and external clients
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings
  • Processing purchase orders, invoices and expenses
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Support with activities such as producing PowerPoint and other presentations

You will be proactive and possess a positive can-do attitude as well as excellent organisational and time-management skills. Experience of managing confidential information is essential as are strong problem-solving skills. Demonstrable experience in a busy matrix international organisation, with a proven track record of managing multiple senior individuals is essential. This role demands a flexible approach and team player attitude!
