We’re looking for a Head of Promotions to take charge of the Q Club calendar — sourcing promoters and building a strong lineup of events every week.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing the Q Club calendar, with a focus on sourcing and managing external promoters to host weekend nights, brunches, and other event formats. In addition, you’ll collaborate with our internal sales and marketing team to help develop and deliver branded in-house events that align with the club’s audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Q Club event calendar, ensuring a consistent lineup of high-quality events.
- Source and manage external promoters to deliver regular and one-off club nights.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and grow in-house event concepts.
- Act as the main point of contact for promoters, DJs, and entertainment partners.
- Monitor event performance, collect feedback, and adjust the calendar strategy accordingly.
About You:
- 3+ years’ experience in club promotions, nightlife event programming, or venue-based event management.
- Strong industry connections — particularly with promoters, DJs, and event organisers.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple events and priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- A central London club space with full ownership of programming.
- The opportunity to shape and grow the Q Club brand through your own network and ideas.
- A collaborative working environment with the wider Q Shoreditch team.
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
- Staff perks and opportunities for progression within the business.
