Here at MKJ Ignite, we’re absolutely buzzing to be working with one of the fastest growing FMCG challenger brands in the UK. The business is becoming more recognisable and more popular by the week, they’re taking market share off some of the largest brands in the world and they have a hugely ambitious and experienced leadership team which is going to inevitably drive them to greatness.
They’re now looking to hire a new NPD Manager to help bring their innovative ideas to life by shaping, validating and delivering exceptional new products. This is a BRAND NEW ROLE which has been created as a result of exceptional growth. This is a truly unique opportunity for someone!
What skills do you need to be considered?
- You need to have at least 3 years Product Development experience.
- You need to have experience working for an FMCG challenger brand, ideally within the Food & Drink or Health & Wellness space.
- Strong project management experience is critical for this role.
- Proven Quality & Technical experience is important, plus experience working with operations/procurement teams.
- A genuine passion and interest in the Health & Wellness / Health & Fitness space is critical for this role.
In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you:
- Basic salary from £50k - £70k (based on experience)
- Equity/Shares (EMI)
- Up to 30% Bonus
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (chance to buy/sell holiday too)
