A well-established regional law firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Solicitor to lead its Litigation Department in Hertfordshire. You will handle a range of complex disputes—including property, landlord and tenant, commercial (including partnership and shareholder disputes), boundary issues, professional negligence, and insolvency matters.
Leading and managing a diverse caseload of complex civil, commercial and property litigation matters. Contributing to the strategic direction of the litigation department, with clear progression to Partnership. Driving business development initiatives, and actively network to enhance the firm’s presence and attract new clients. Maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction, service delivery, and financial performance (including meeting billing targets).
Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 7 years’ PQE in litigation. Demonstrable experience in managing high-value disputes across property, commercial, and professional negligence. Commercially astute, with strong business development and networking skills. Strong billing record, and confident in managing financial targets.
