INTERN WITH IISA 2.0 – THE GEOSTRATEGIC FORGE
IISA 2.0 is entering a bold new phase — moving beyond the limits of traditional think tanks to become a geostrategic forge, where ideas, innovations, and strategic actions are forged in real time to meet the world's most complex challenges. We're inviting a small, high-potential cohort of remote interns to join us in this launch phase and contribute meaningfully to our live projects.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Support cutting-edge work in diplomacy, foresight, technology synergy, geo-economics, conflict resolution and strategic thinking.
- Assist with research, communications, and special initiatives covering multiple topics according to the areas mentioned above.
- Work alongside senior thinkers shaping the next wave of strategic action.
Selection Process – The Challenge
As part of your application, you’ll be invited to complete a short (30 to 45 minutes) gamified strategic thinking challenge, based on the 3-Body Problem (in physics) scenario. Only successful challenge participants will be offered internship positions.
Time Commitment
10 hours/week (flexible, remote). Minimum 4-month commitment. Rolling intake begins immediately.

- Independent, curious minds from any field (IR, economics, tech, philosophy, journalism, etc.). A minimum of undergraduate degree preferred but 3-body challenge result matter more.
