Want to help shape a smarter, more flexible energy system for the future? We’re looking for a forward-thinking Performance & Integration Analyst to join our Energy Systems team and support the delivery of our Distribution System Operation (DSO) transition at Northern Powergrid. As we work to decarbonise the region and enable Net Zero, our Energy Systems directorate is leading the charge—building a smarter, more resilient electricity network for 8 million people across 3.9 million homes and businesses.
In this exciting and evolving role, you’ll play a critical part in tracking performance, supporting regulatory submissions, and helping communicate the progress we’re making on behalf of our customers. You’ll work across teams to coordinate key activities, develop KPIs, manage data and insights, and drive continuous improvement as we deliver our strategic goals.

What’s the package:
- Competitive salary between £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)

What will you do:
- Deliver enhanced communications plans, including web, literature, events and webinars to share the progress we have made in DSO
- Collecting and reporting of internal management information and operating control frameworks
- Provide operational support to manage, track and deliver on key regulatory obligations, including coordinating activity relating to the regulatory submissions, engaging with internal stakeholders on content, production of regulatory reports and associated control documents, and refining the process to drive continuous improvement
- Support business in managing and tracking delivery of key regulatory obligation related activity against business plan objectives, through project planning, development and tracking of KPIs, delivery of communication plans, and support in management of risks and issues

- Strong planning and organisation skills to ensure timely submission of information
- Relationship management – influential with internal colleagues to promote a collaborative approach to delivering quality

What qualifications and experience should you have:
- Qualified to degree level in a relevant subject
- Relevant experience of preparing formal written reports
- Full driving licence is desirable
