Join Martino Franchi and the team of the Glade Bar at Sketch where sophisticated cocktails are served in an intimate and refined setting.
As an Experienced Mixologist at Sketch, you will:
- Craft complex Cocktails: Utilise your deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails to produce and develop innovative drinks.
- Gain Bar Lab Expertise: Work with advanced techniques and equipment such as rotary evaporators (girovap), centrifuges, and lacto-fermentation to create cutting-edge cocktails.
- Guest Interaction: Act as a 360 bartender, confidently engaging with guests to provide a luxury experience that combines storytelling, service, and artistry.
- Train and Develop: Increase your knowledge and passion for mixology with the Glade team.
The mixologist will be working in The Glade Bar, a high-end venue in Sketch open in the evening. Renowned for its sophisticated atmosphere, The Glade provides a stunning backdrop for cocktail service and luxury experiences that captivate our guests.

- Experience in a full-service, high-end bar, with a solid knowledge of classic cocktails recipes and cocktail making techniques; mixology experience and knowledge is a plus.
