We have an exciting new vacancy for a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at The Meon Valley Hotel & Country Club. This 113-bedroom Hotel is set in 225 wooded acres with plenty of amenities including a swimming pool, a spa and a gym, with good motorway access to commute to nearby cities like Southampton and Portsmouth.

Your duties will include:
- Preparing the bar and restaurant areas ready for service.
- Be familiar with our menus enabling you to confidently upsell.
- Working across various areas in the hotel such as the restaurant, bar and events.
- Ensuring that adequate glassware, crockery, and other items are ready for each shift.
- As well as serving food and drinks you will be involved in the clearing up and cleaning too, keeping all areas in top condition.
The ideal candidate will be organised and punctual, no experience required as full training will be given.
