Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Planning Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE to join their dynamic Real Estate team.

The Candidate:
- General planning experience, including drafting and negotiating s106, s38, and s278 agreements, as well as other planning and infrastructure agreements
- Practical experience of the planning system in the context of both commercial and residential development
- Experience working with and/or against local planning authorities
- Proven ability to manage planning-based projects effectively
- General commercial property experience, supporting a broader understanding of development work
- Knowledge of public law, compulsory purchase, licensing (including liquor and entertainment), and environmental law is beneficial
