We’re seeking a Sales Administrator to become a key player in our clients Burntwood-based team. If you’re excited about contributing to a thriving business and want to be part of a friendly, motivated environment, this role is perfect for youYou will be joining a leading Manufacturing business known for drive and commitment to delivering the best possible service to retain their fantastic name. An SME with roughly 20 employees, you will be joining a lovely, welcoming and supportive team. You will receive 33 days holiday as an additional added bonus, and an earlier finish on a Friday.Duties:Efficiently process telephone/website orders and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth operations.Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Directing phone calls to the relevant personQuoting customers on products/servicesInputting orders onto a SAGE system, and dealing with customer from start to endHelping direct customers on the websiteExperience:Proven experience in a sales administration, order processing or customer service admin based role.Excellent organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail.Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with the sales team and customers.Experience using SAGE is preferableMust be able to use ExcelWorking Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.00pm and 8.30 – 4.00pm on Friday…
