Palliative Care Nurse – Inpatient Unit (IPU)

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £29,000 - £35,000

Contract: Permanent

Are you a dedicated and empathetic nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care to patients at the end of their life? We are looking for an experienced Palliative Care Nurse to join a warm and supportive Inpatient Unit team. The hospice IPU offers holistic, person-centred care in a calm and comforting environment. We focus on managing complex symptoms, supporting families, and providing dignity, comfort, and peace for those nearing the end of life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients with complex palliative needs
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, therapists, and family support services
  • Support patients and their loved ones with empathy and clinical excellence
  • Contribute to care planning, symptom management, and emotional support
  • Uphold the values and philosophy of hospice care at all times

About You:

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with experience in palliative, oncology, or acute care
